Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and strategy for his/her

assigned brand, to strengthen market position, increase brand equity, and drive business

growth. The role oversees brand identity, customer experience, marketing campaigns,

market research, partnerships, and communications to ensure a consistent and compelling

brand presence across all customer touchpoints (Traditional and Digital).

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

● Lead campaign creation, consumer promotions, and brand architecture initiatives.

● Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.

● Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional

channels.

● Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

● Manage agency, supplier, and media relationships.

● Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams.

● Measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.

● Develop customer loyalty and retention initiatives.

● Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports.
