Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives, manage portfolio performance, and execute strategic marketing programs. The ideal candidate has extensive FMCG experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing brand profitability and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives and market growth.
  • Manage brand P&L, budget allocation, and portfolio performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop programs that drive sustainable sales growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and business performance.
  • Lead product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare business reviews and performance reports for management.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience managing food, beverage, snack, or consumer goods brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, portfolio management, and P&L ownership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
