Brand Manager (Direct-to-Consumer)

Role Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand, from strategic planning to execution and scale. This role leads brand activation initiatives, performance marketing, offer development, and sales enablement while ensuring financial discipline and team effectiveness.
This position requires a professional with demonstrated, hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and organizational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Activation & Marketing Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to activate and grow DTC brands
- Translate brand positioning into executable campaigns, messaging, and customer touchpoints
- Lead brand activations across digital channels with clear performance metrics and outcomes
2. Performance Marketing & Facebook Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, and CTR to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine messaging, angles, and creatives based on data
3. Offer Development & Conversion Strategy
- Design, test, and optimize commercial offers, including pricing, bundles, promotions, and upsells
- Align offer structures with customer behavior, demand drivers, and funnel stages
- Continuously improve conversion performance through systematic testing and iteration
4. Conversational Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop clear, persuasive sales scripts and messaging frameworks for conversational channels (chat, messaging, calls)
- Ensure alignment between advertising messaging and sales execution
- Equip sales teams with structured spiels that improve conversion quality and consistency
5. Financial Management & Profit Ownership
- Interpret and utilize Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to guide strategic decisions
- Manage marketing budgets and advertising spend with a focus on profitability and efficiency
- Balance growth initiatives with cost discipline and sustainable margins
6. Leadership & Organizational Scaling
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing professionals to achieve high performance
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and accountability structures
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and cultivate a results-oriented culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing and scaling DTC brands through execution-led marketing strategies
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads management and performance optimization
- Verifiable experience in offer creation with measurable business results
- Strong background in conversational marketing and sales script development
- Working knowledge of financial reports, particularly Profit and Loss statements
- Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and operational structures
