What You'll Do
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development of the Annual Brand Plan and 3-Year Strategic Plan for assigned brands
- Translate consumer and category insights into winning brand strategies and growth initiatives
- Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and in-store touchpoints
- Manage brand calendars, marketing budgets, product launches, and SKU rollouts
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand communication across all consumer channels
Consumer & Market Leadership
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Recommend product, packaging, and pricing strategies that improve competitiveness and shelf impact
- Develop consumer-centric campaigns and promotional materials that drive awareness, trial, and repeat purchase
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to strengthen availability, visibility, and merchandising execution
Commercial & Cross-Functional Management
- Deliver volume, sales, and profitability targets for assigned brands
- Monitor campaign ROI, pricing effectiveness, and overall brand health metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, R&D, QA, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Creative
- Manage external partners such as agencies, research firms, media partners, and suppliers
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG or related industries
- Background in Business Development, Customer Management, and Project Management is an advantage
