Job Description

Job Title: Manager Branding C Business Strategy

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Branding Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. Reporting to Vice President, this individual will be a key driver in shaping our brand identity, enhancing brand recognition, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand development and brand strategy, with a proven track record of success, ideally gained within a marketing or creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development:

o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to achieve company objectives and market positioning.

o Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform brand decisions.

o Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, mission, vision, and core values.

o Oversee the development and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual and verbal communications.

• Brand Management s Execution:

o Lead the execution of brand initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.

o Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications) to ensure brand alignment and integration in all activities.

o Manage and maintain brand assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

o Monitor brand health metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports on brand effectiveness.

• Campaigns Content Collaboration:

o Work closely with the marketing team to integrate brand strategy into content creation, campaigns, and promotional materials.

o Provide brand guidance and feedback on creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and objectives.

• Agency's Vendor Management:

o If applicable, manage relationships with external marketing, creative, or PR agencies, ensuring their work aligns with brand strategy.

o Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external partners.

• Innovation Trends:

o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.

o Proactively identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in brand development and brand strategy roles.

• Prior experience working at a marketing or creative agency is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing brands.

• Deep understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand plans.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and brand measurement methodologies.

• Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
