Brand Lead based in
Taguig City.
Salary Range: ₱80,000 - ₱120,000 Negotiable

The role
This is a senior role where you will lead a team of brand managers and store operators, drive end-to-end performance across your brand portfolio, and work directly with our clients Unit Director to shape strategy and unlock growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team to hit brand business objectives across SEA's top platforms
- Build and manage long-term partnerships with brands, marketplace, and social platform stakeholders
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams across marketing, ops, and customer service
- Negotiate and manage annual agreements with e-commerce partners and deliver results
- Analyze brand performance and consumer behavior to identify where to grow and where to fix
- Stay ahead of market trends and turn insights into action plans before the competition does
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or category management within e-commerce (preferably FMCG)
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development and coaching
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior
- Solid background in data analytics
- Understanding of supply chain and operations, including inventory management
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies (marketing and livestreams)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies (CPAS, onsite, SEO, social media)
