Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, merchandising, or FMCG/retail industry (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage data, reports, and documentation accurately
- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and competitor activity
- Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional and agency collaboration
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data management tools
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Performance
- Support execution of brand strategy, including in-market activations and innovation initiatives
- Assist in consumer, shopper, and healthcare professional (HCP) campaigns (materials, sampling, and activations)
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Consolidate and monitor brand performance KPIs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates
Agency Management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with agency partners
- Track progress of agency deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Monitor and analyze agency campaign performance
- Prepare reports evaluating agency effectiveness
A&P (Advertising & Promotion) Management
- Create purchase orders (POs) for creative agencies
- Track POs and support goods receipt (GR) for HQ A&P
- Consolidate monthly A&P budget estimates per market
- Monitor actual vs planned spending (year-to-date and year-to-go)
Administrative Support
- Support data entry and database management
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation
- Maintain and organize digital files
- Provide general administrative support as needed
