The Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of marketing initiatives based on approved strategies to support the Institutional Banking Segment. The role contributes to achieving business goals such as loan and deposit growth, cross-selling corporate products, acquiring new clients, and strengthening customer loyalty, while ensuring profitability targets are met. It also involves project management, research and analysis, and supervision of a Marketing Associate to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.

The Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of marketing initiatives based on approved strategies to support the Institutional Banking Segment.
Responsibilities
- Formulates key marketing initiatives to grow loan and deposit volumes, expand product portfolios, acquire new clients, and promote customer loyalty
- Executes and manages Institutional Banking marketing programs including communications, goodwill events, promotions, publicity, and sales incentives
- Conducts research and analysis on client behavior, internal factors, and competitive market conditions
- Supports Relationship Managers and product partners in cross-selling through acquisition and goodwill events
- Ensures projects foster goodwill and strengthen relationships with corporate clients
- Supervises and manages the Marketing Associate to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Approves payments up to ₱100,000, endorses sponsorship requests, and approves suppliers for events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Marketing Management
- 3–5 years of experience in above-the-line and below-the-line marketing and advertising
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, brand building, and customer-centric campaign design
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and Canva
Required Skills
- Strong skills in marketing, leadership, project management, analytical thinking, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Attributes: result-driven, effective time management, and strong team collaboration
- Ability to build networks and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Pay range and compensation package
Approves payments up to ₱100,000, endorses sponsorship requests, and approves suppliers for events.
