Job Description

Were looking for a Brand Executive to drive impactful brand growth and market presence.

In this role, youll turn strategy into fully integrated 360 consumer and trade programs that deliver resultsgrowing volume, net sales value, and market share. As the day-to-day brand owner, youll work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure every initiative lands perfectlyon time and on budget.

Youll build demand through insight-led communication, enhanced distribution and visibility, and successful product launches. Beyond brand stewardship, youll also partner with the VP of Marketing and Sales on a variety of brand, sales, and marketing programs and projects, making your role a key driver of both growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and execute the annual/quarterly brand plan and 360 activity calendar with clear KPIs; own briefs, timelines, and on-time/on-budget delivery.
  2. Lead ATL/BTL/digital campaigns, sampling, and influencer programs; achieve agreed reach/engagement, trial/conversion, and ROI targets; submit post-evals within 10 working days.
  3. Win in trade: craft promos and sell-in toolkits, deploy POSM/merchandising, and partner with Sales/Distributors to deliver volume uplifts, and 95% execution compliance.
  4. Product Innovations: support NPD/renovations with claims/regulatory alignment, complete launch toolkits, and run +4/+12-week post-launch reviews with corrective actions.
  5. Manage performance & ops: provide forecast inputs, maintain KPI dashboards (volume/NSV/share/digital), deliver insights/competitive reports, run agency scorecards, and steward budgets, including PR/issues comms.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or a similar role (fresh grads with strong internships are sometimes considered).
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
