We are seeking a creative, self-driven Brand & Digital Content Designer (3+ years experience) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will independently own and produce high-impact visual assets, digital marketing campaigns, infographics, and end-to-end video production for our digital channels.

The ideal candidate blends strong foundational graphic design and motion principles with modern AI tools to streamline production workflows and elevate AsiaBC's brand presence globally.

• Brand & Graphic Design: Independently design marketing campaign assets, social media graphics, corporate presentations, eDMs, vouchers, and landing page visuals while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Webpage Asset Development: Build, design, and maintain responsive web pages, blog visuals, and landing page layouts (e.g., WordPress and HTML/CSS) to support marketing campaigns and maximise user conversion. 
• End-to-End Video & Motion Production: Concept, script, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and corporate video content for AsiaBC's digital channels.
• Co-Marketing & Event Artworks: Create co-branded event collateral, partnership graphics, and digital invitation suites (e.g., webinar e-invitations and promotional banners) for collaborative campaigns. 
• Sales & Case Study Collateral: Translate complex corporate, tax, and business setup information into crisp infographics, data charts, downloadable vouchers, and polished PDF case studies (e.g., client win stories). 
• AI Tool Integration: Leverage generative AI software (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) to optimise visual concept creation and accelerate production timelines.
• Cross-Channel Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing team members to deliver tailored creative assets across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and direct email workflows.

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, digital content creator, and video editor (agency or in-house).
• Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Digital Design: Proficiency in Figma and Canva; basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for eDM layout is a plus.
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience using generative tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar).
• Skills & Independence: Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, meet fast-turnaround deadlines, and synthesise client-facing data into engaging visual formats.
• Language: Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Portfolio:Required. A portfolio demonstrating branding/graphic design, data infographics, eDM/web assets, and end-to-end short-form video editing.
