Brand Development Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Development Specialist located in Muntinlupa City. The Brand Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the research and development (R&D) of new products, conducting market research, managing the product lifecycle, and enhancing existing products. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring product alignment with consumer preferences and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
• Familiarity with Sales processes and strategies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Strong Negotiating skills
