Brand Communications Officer | Retail

Makati | On-site | Monday to Friday

Job Summary

The Brand Communications Officer is responsible for supporting brand-building efforts through coordinated marketing activities and communication initiatives. This role helps ensure a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints while collaborating with different teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of integrated marketing and branding campaigns
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across online and offline channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for campaign execution
  • Assist in developing marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Monitor brand engagement and provide basic market analysis
  • Help manage company brand assets and marketing inventories
  • Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and promotional activities
  • Conduct competitor checks and gather customer insights for improvement opportunities

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
