Job Summary
The Brand Communications Officer is responsible for supporting brand-building efforts through coordinated marketing activities and communication initiatives. This role helps ensure a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints while collaborating with different teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of integrated marketing and branding campaigns
- Maintain consistency of brand messaging across online and offline channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for campaign execution
- Assist in developing marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials
- Monitor brand engagement and provide basic market analysis
- Help manage company brand assets and marketing inventories
- Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and promotional activities
- Conduct competitor checks and gather customer insights for improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
