Job Description

The Brand Communications Director is responsible for defining and leading harlan + holden's communications strategy across multiple markets. This role builds and protects the brand's reputation, ensuring that all communications consistently reflect the company's identity and business priorities.

Acting as both strategist and guardian of brand expression, the position leads integrated media, social, and public relations programs that strengthen awareness, deepen engagement, and support commercial growth. It also partners closely with senior leadership to shape annual brand priorities, oversee market-specific execution, and maintain coherence across countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of harlan + holden's annual communications and brand strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global brand identity.
  • Oversee social media, PR, and partnership strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the annual communications calendar and budgets across markets.
  • Develop and execute crisis communications and reputation management strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with media, partners, and external agencies.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to country marketing teams to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations to align marketing with business priorities.
