AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)
The Brand Associate assists the brand team in creating strategic initiatives to drive the business unit forward.
She/He coordinates with creatives, marketing, and other related teams to ensure that channel executions
are well timed and done correctly and efficiently. Your goal is to increase sales & brand awareness through
effective marketing plans, shoots and campaigns for both product launches and brand building projects
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Campaign Development
Assist with overseeing the timely development of all business creative assets in collaboration with
Assistant Brand Manager and Graphic Retoucher
Work with the Assistant Brand Manager in Job Order development on specific projects that are
aligned with launches
Assist with brand activities and launches as needed
Shoot Producing
Assist in all aspects of shoot producing including location, scouting, casting, scheduling and
budgeting.
Liase with external vendors, such as directors, photographers and production houses, to ensure
that they delivery high-quality work within the agreed timelines and budget
Secure all necessary permits and permissions for shoots
Assists in inspecting images and videos to ensure high quality and beauty standards re met
Product Strategy
Work with the Assistant Brand Manager and Product Development teams to develop timely
product and service launches that address customer feedback, provide solutions to existing
issues, and improve the brand awareness and loyalty
Assist in monitoring brand product calendar and provide strong insights in development,
launches and events
Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain to ensure timely launches and proper execution
of launch events
Brand and Product Love
Be knowledgeable in the brand's products and services
Show strong understanding for the business, its objectives, products, and services
Communication and Collaboration
Assist in effectively communicating new products and services, brand updates and plans to Team

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
2-3 years of work experience in brand marketing, merchandising, or creative roles
Exceptional attention to detail, good stress and risk management, and goal-oriented
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools require
