Job Summary:
To provide marketing input and support to the brand, by working closely with the Senior Brand Manager (SBM) / Division Manager (DM), and the Sales Team, as well as the entire group / division and by aligning with the marketing processes / activities with the brand's business plans, objectives and strategies. Must demonstrate commitment to the Company's overall strategy, messages, and delivery of programs– working at all times in line with the Company's best practice and in full support of its initiatives. Critical to success will be to feel fully part of and work well within the group / division.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in brand management, marketing, retail, or distribution industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply).
- Background or exposure to marketing across different e-commerce platforms (e.g., marketplace campaigns, product listings, online promotions, or digital storefront management).
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data, including sales tracking, performance monitoring, and basic analysis.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present reports, brand updates, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to travel to stores or event locations.
Work Arrangement:Temporary Hybrid Setup- 3x onsite, 2x WFH / week
