About the Role

The Brand Associate for Food is responsible for maintaining the reputation of his/her assigned brand through the execution of brand directions and standards. They also support brand integrity in all marketing initiatives and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
• Assist and oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Help build the brand awareness by analyzing brand positioning and customer insights
• Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to sales conversion
• Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the field of RESTAURANT / FOOD AND BEVERAGES / FMCG INDUSTRY

Required Skills

• Has prior experience in Inventory Management and Merchandising using MS Excel
• Has the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations through 360 Marketing
• Has strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Outstanding communication skills
