About the Role
Looking for a highly organized, proactive Brand Associate who will also serve as the primary account manager for assigned brands and clients.
This role combines social media strategy execution, content coordination, and client relationship management. This ideal candidate is both creative and operational - capable of managing day-to-day social media activities while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal creative teams. This role includes organizing events, influencer campaigns, and other marketing initiatives, and also includes preparing and executing client pitches.
The role is hybrid and requires strong ownership, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Management • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts • Manage day-to-day communication with clients via email, messaging platforms and meetings • Understand client brand goals, campaigns, and KPIs • Translate client requests into clear internal briefs for creative and production teams • Present content calendars, campaign updates, and performance reports • Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met • Research for, prepare, and present pitch decks to clients • Negotiate contracts with clients under supervision
Social Media Management • Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars • Coordinate content production with designers, editors, and creatives • Write or refine captions aligned with brand voice and strategy • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement when required • Ensure brand consistency across all published content
Campaign Execution • Assist in organizing and implementing digital campaigns, launches, events, and promotions • Coordinate influencers/KOL postings when applicable • Track posting schedules and campaign deliverables • Ensure execution aligns with approved strategy and timeline
Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track campaign performance metrics and insights • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach • Monitor trends and platform updates relevant to client brands
Internal Coordination • Work closely with internal and external team members • Maintain organized project trackers and approval workflows • Escalate risks, delays, or client concerns early
Scope of Authority • Responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and account management • Provides recommendations and strategic input
Qualifications • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Agency experience preferred • Brand Associate will undergo training during the first 2 weeks • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content formats • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
