The Role
You will join the Brand Management department, inside a Brand Support Team, working side by side with a Brand Manager on a portfolio of five brands. You are the engine room of the team: you qualify leads, run outreach, coordinate samples, and keep the pipeline clean so deals close faster. If you're organised, commercially curious, and driven to get things done, this is where you grow into international beauty distribution.
What You'll Do
• Qualify incoming leads before they enter the pipeline.
• Run email outreach and follow-ups to distributors and retailers.
• Coordinate samples and logistics for your team's brands.
• Keep the CRM and pipeline accurate on BS Central.
• Prepare pricelists, contracts, and sell-in / sell-out trackers.
• Handle brand admin: invoices, shipments, and order tracking.
• Report daily to your Brand Manager via Slack and WhatsApp.
What We're Looking For
• Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, or fragrance.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Grasp of beauty pricing: landed cost, wholesale, retail, margins.
• Excellent business English. French is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Confident with Claude AI, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM tools.
