As the Brand Assistant for Beverages category, the position is solely responsible for the following category activities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Assist in executing marketing plans that align with the brand's objectives for powdered drink mixes and other opportunities for the non-alcoholic beverages line
- Ensure brand messaging highlights key benefits such as convenience, nutrition, and flavor variety.
- Monitor competitor activities in the powdered beverage category and provide insights.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Support digital, social media, and influencer marketing efforts to boost brand awareness via the Digital Team
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials and important materials for sales support
- Product Development & Packaging
- Work with R&D and packaging teams to support new product development, reformulations, or flavor extensions and ensure properly launch and execution
- Ensure packaging designs highlight product benefits (e.g., sugar-free, vitamin-fortified, instant mix, convenience).
- Assist key manager in gathering pertinent data in preparing for product launch strategy, pricing and promotions and availability of products
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with teams in R&D, procurement, finance, and supply chain to support product availability.
- Work with Procurement to look into ways for machine deployment / machine collaboration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for labeling, health claims, and ingredient disclosures.
