JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 7-10 years of experience in brand management, product management, or Strategic marketing
With experience in automotive or multinational industry is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor the Sales Training, Brand Communications, and Product Planning teams.
Develop strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable sales growth.
Monitor automotive market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Analyze performance metrics and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with the company's brand.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
