Job Description

Job Title:Brand and Design Executive

Location: Makati City [Hybrid]

Job Summary:

We are a mission-driven venture pioneering the future of 2-wheeler electric mobility through a scalable and accessible battery swapping ecosystem, building a connected platform that solves the energy, uptime, and operational pain points for last-mile delivery riders, logistics fleets, and mobility operators.

We are now seeking a Brand & Design Executive to bring our story to life through visuals, content, and brand experiences. You'll help shape how riders, fleet partners, LGUs, and the public see our technology and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Development

  • Produce visual assets across digital and offline channels: social posts, marketing decks, brochures, infographics, posters, rider guides, and event materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including BSS sites, rider onboarding, website, and internal collateral.
  • Support brand evolution and refresh projects as we scale into new cities and markets.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Work with the marketing and commercial teams to create campaign visuals for rider acquisition, fleet partnerships, and BSS host partnerships.
  • Help prepare launch and pilot activation materials, including signage, field branding, and social announcements.
  • Edit and package photos and short-form video content for social use (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Content & Social Media Design

  • Design assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and paid media placements.
  • Propose visual concepts that improve engagement and help grow our community of riders and partners.
  • Ensure that content communicates our value clearly and quickly.

Internal & Partner Design Requests

  • Support design needs for commercial pitch decks, LGU presentations, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations for site signage, safety labels, rider instructions, and user touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Must Have

  • 24 years design experience in a marketing, creative, or brand role.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, FinalCutPro (or similar tools).
  • Portfolio that shows clean visual thinking, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups, mobility, consumer tech, or sustainability-related brands.
  • Basic motion design, video editing, or animation skills.
  • Skill in photography or content production is a plus.
