About The Role

Pure Form is looking for a Brand & Content Strategist based in Singapore to help localize, build, and grow our brands across the Singapore market.

This role will be responsible for translating global brand strategies into locally relevant content, campaigns, and conversations that resonate with Singaporean consumers. The ideal candidate understands the wellness, health supplement, and functional nutrition space and has experience creating content that drives trust, education, and community.

You will lead content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and eCommerce channels while working closely with regional marketing, design, creators, healthcare professionals, and growth teams.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong consumer insight, content planning, copywriting, trend awareness, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Localization & Market Insights

  • Lead the localization of brands for the Singapore market.
  • Translate regional brand strategies into locally relevant content, campaigns, and consumer messaging.
  • Identify local cultural moments, consumer behaviors, wellness trends, parenting conversations, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, industry developments, and emerging content trends within the wellness, supplements, and family sectors.
  • Provide recommendations to improve local brand relevance, engagement, and market penetration.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly content strategies and campaign plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Own and manage the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Translate product benefits, ingredient education, and wellness insights into engaging, consumer-friendly content.
  • Plan content around product launches, promotions, partnerships, seasonal moments, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.

Social Media & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, creators, healthcare professionals, and marketing teams to execute content initiatives.
  • Write and refine content briefs, captions, scripts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content formats to keep brand content relevant and competitive.

eCommerce & Product Content

  • Lead content strategy and messaging across eCommerce touchpoints, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and marketplace channels.
  • Develop and optimize: (1) Product listing content, (2)Product detail pages, (3)Campaign and promotional assets, (4)Educational product content, (5)Landing page copy
  • Translate scientific, nutritional, and ingredient information into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Ensure alignment between social content, product pages, and customer acquisition campaigns.

Performance & Content Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze content performance across social and eCommerce platforms.
  • Identify high-performing content themes, formats, and messaging approaches.
  • Use data and consumer insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Present monthly reports, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Benchmark leading wellness, supplement, parenting, and lifestyle brands for inspiration and optimization opportunities.

Creator & Community Development

  • Develop content briefs and creative direction for creators, influencers, healthcare professionals, and brand ambassadors.
  • Support creator partnerships, user-generated content initiatives, and community-building efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify high-performing creator content across brand-owned channels.
  • Ensure all partnerships align with brand values, compliance requirements, and communication standards.

Qualifications

  • Based in Singapore.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Experience within the wellness, health, nutrition, supplement, functional food, healthcare, or consumer wellness industries.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore consumer behavior and local digital trends.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and campaign execution.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and content performance metrics.
  • Experience translating technical, scientific, or nutritional information into engaging consumer content.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in parenting, baby, children's health, family, maternity, or early childhood categories.
  • Experience marketing nutritional supplements, functional beverages, wellness products, or healthcare brands.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and eCommerce content optimization.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, medical experts, or regulated wellness brands.
  • Understanding of influencer, creator, and UGC marketing strategies.
