Job SummaryThe Brand and Commercialization Manager is responsible for developing brand strategies and leading the commercialization of products from concept to market launch. This role ensures products are successfully developed, positioned, and introduced across all sales channels while aligning brand strategy, product development, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
- Lead the commercialization process from product concept to market launch.
- Conduct feasibility studies including market demand, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
- Manage new product development projects and ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Support product introduction across multiple channels such as retail, distributors, and online platforms.
- Plan and execute product launch activities in collaboration with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and recommend improvements in strategy or positioning.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role or equivalent position (Brand Manager / Product Commercialization / Product Marketing).
- Proven experience in product development, brand management, and product launches.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
