Role Overview
Were looking for a Brand Ambassador who can represent Pure Form professionally and confidently in-store, helping customers understand our products, feel welcomed, and make informed wellness choices.
This role is responsible for engaging customers on-site, converting stop traffic into meaningful conversations, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting sales through a warm, consultative, and wellness-focused approach. You will serve as one of the first real-life touchpoints between customers and the Pure Form brand, so the ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and create a positive customer experience is essential.
This is an on-site store-based role that requires strong communication skills, confidence in approaching customers, and the ability to manage the assigned area independently. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, sales-driven, and genuinely interested in wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Stop Traffic Conversion
Create a welcoming store presence and actively engage customers to support product discovery and sales.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Convert stop traffic into product conversations by introducing Pure Form, identifying customer needs, and offering relevant product information.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly way.
- Encourage customers to make informed purchase decisions through consultative or soft-selling techniques.
- Maintain a positive, approachable, and brand-aligned presence at the assigned store or activation area.
- Product Education & Wellness Guidance
Help customers understand how Pure Form products may support their wellness goals.
- Share accurate and easy-to-understand product information based on approved brand guidelines and training materials.
- Explain wellness concepts, ingredients, product benefits, and basic usage guidance in a clear and responsible way.
- Use the local dialect when needed to make product education more relatable and accessible to customers.
- Use basic English when needed, especially for product terms, wellness-related explanations, or English-speaking customers.
- Escalate medical, sensitive, or highly technical questions to the appropriate team when needed.
- Sales Support & Store Performance
Support sales targets by creating meaningful customer conversations and encouraging product purchase.
- Promote Pure Form products in-store through active customer interaction and product explanation.
- Assist customers in selecting products that may fit their needs, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
- Support store-level sales initiatives, promotions, sampling, product demos, or brand activations when assigned.
- Monitor customer questions, buying behavior, and feedback, then share useful observations with the team.
- Help maintain a professional and organized selling area that supports customer interest and trust.
- Customer Service & Soft Wellness Experience
Deliver a calm, welcoming, and supportive customer experience aligned with Pure Forms wellness approach.
- Practice soft wellness by creating a gentle, supportive, and customer-centered interaction.
- Listen carefully to customer needs, questions, and concerns before recommending or explaining products.
- Make customers feel respected, informed, and cared for throughout their interaction with the brand.
- Respond to customer questions professionally and avoid overpromising, hard-selling, or giving unsupported claims.
- Represent Pure Form with warmth, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Store Coordination & Independent Task Management
Manage day-to-day store responsibilities independently and coordinate properly with internal teams.
- Manage the assigned store area responsibly, especially when assigned as the only Pure Form representative on-site.
- Prioritize customer assistance, sales support, product explanation, and basic store-related tasks during busy periods.
- Coordinate with internal team members, store personnel, and external customers respectfully and professionally.
- Report store concerns, customer feedback, stock issues, display concerns, or operational needs to the assigned lead.
- Follow attendance, grooming, reporting, and store assignment requirements consistently.
Who You Are
You are personable, confident, reliable, and able to balance warm customer care with clear sales conversion.
- At least senior high school graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Promoter, Product Specialist, Beauty Advisor, Wellness Advisor, or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Experience with brands related to Pure Form is preferred, such as supplements, skincare, beauty, pharmaceutical, OTC drug, health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands.
- Able to confidently approach customers, start conversations, and convert stop traffic into product interest or sales.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly using the local dialect.
- Basic English proficiency, especially for understanding product terms, wellness language, and responding to English-speaking customers when needed.
- Comfortable with consultative or soft-selling, with the ability to help customers understand how a product may support their wellness goals.
- Genuinely interested in wellness and enjoys helping others through product knowledge, good service, and a positive attitude.
- Maintains a clean, professional, and brand-aligned appearance suitable for a customer-facing wellness role.
- Preferably located within a 10-kilometer radius of the assigned worksite, or able to commute within one hour each way under normal traffic conditions.
