Handles merchandise concerns and ensures proper product mix.
Oversees damaged merchandise disposal and pull-out procedures.
Updates Adidas/Nike promo reports weekly.
Conducts monthly store audits and reports findings.
Ensures adherence to operational standards and store readiness.
Maintains store facilities, housekeeping, and security measures.
Manages customer/staff incidents and coordinates with relevant departments.
Secures store accreditations, permits, and supply replenishments.
Oversees documentation, asset transfers, and event preparations.
Attends meetings, seminars, and expos.
Sends daily sales updates to top management.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/Degree of Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
