Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance and growth opportunities.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of retail operations, and sales strategies
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Familiarity with meet sales targets
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
