Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
- 1-2 years of relative work experience specializing in Retail Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- With pleasing personality
- Knowledgeable in Audi-Video and other electronic products is an advantage but not required
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports; monitor performance against targets and implement strategies to achieve goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Develop business plans, set sales targets, and identify growth opportunities within the local market.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Build relationships with clients and the community to enhance the branch's reputation and market presence.
