Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
1-2 years of relative work experience specializing in Retail Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
With pleasing personality
Knowledgeable in Audi-Video and other electronic products is an advantage but not required

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a motivated and skilled team.
Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports; monitor performance against targets and implement strategies to achieve goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
Develop business plans, set sales targets, and identify growth opportunities within the market.
Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Build relationships with clients and the community to enhance the branchs reputation and market presence.
