As a Branch Service Officer at Kabankalan, you are responsible for supervising daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They oversee over-the-counter transactions, cash handling, and lending operations, while reporting to the Branch Operations Head to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Compliance: Supervises day-to-day branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
- Service & Sales: Facilitates customer service, addresses inquiries, and supports the branch in achieving sales goals by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Cash & Asset Management: Manages the overall cash position and security of branch assets, including vaults and teller transactions.
- Reporting & Support: Reports on branch performance, manages client records, and ensures accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- At least 8 years experience in branch operations, customer service, or as a teller in a financial institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in managing customer complaints.
- Analytical skills to handle compliance checks (e.g., AMLA alerts) and operational reporting.
