Job Description
Branch Service Head oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch. He/She ensures that branch operations adhere to the bank policies and procedures and the internal control is observed at all times. He/She assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.
As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:
Cash Management Functions
Deposit Operations Functions
Internal Control and Compliance Functions
Marketing Functions
People Management & Development Functions
Administrative Functions
Qualifications
Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course
Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations
Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:
