This role is ideal for a sales-oriented professional who thrives in building strong client relationships, and is passionate about supporting MSMEs through accessible financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch-level sales growth for loans and deposits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients and community partners
- Drive client acquisition and expand market reach through field activities
- Originate and manage a quality loan portfolio
- Represent the bank in local business and community engagements
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or banking (preferred)
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field-based work
- Ability to engage and grow MSME client relationships
- Leadership experience is an advantage (for Manager-level applicants)
