Branch Operations & Growth Leader Customer Experience

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee day-to-day branch operations in line with bank policies and internal controls. The role supports the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage cash and deposit operations, internal control, marketing, people development, and administrative tasks, requiring strong leadership and Banking operations.
