Client Relationship and Service Operations
- Manage and oversee client inquiries received through Facebook and other digital communication channels, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
- Prepare comprehensive service proposals, quotations, and service recommendations for B2C clients, including EZY and Housemaid service accounts.
- Coordinate and supervise booking schedules for housekeeping and cleaning services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Develop and optimize daily operational schedules, including cleaner assignments, transportation routing, and service deployment plans.
- Prepare and monitor job orders for scheduled services while coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Conduct ocular inspections and on-site client visits to assess service quality, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
Administrative Operations and Reporting
- Monitor and update client payment postings, receivables, and billing records based on cleaner payment reports and financial documentation.
- Maintain and manage an organized and updated database of existing and prospective B2C clients for EZY and Housemaid services.
- Oversee inventory management of housekeeping materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational assets to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Facilitate the issuance and tracking of uniforms, tools, and equipment for newly hired housekeeping personnel.
- Ensure proper documentation management, record security, and confidentiality of company files, contracts, and operational reports.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare administrative memoranda, and ensure timely dissemination of company announcements and operational updates.
Housekeeping Operations and Training
- Lead and facilitate housekeeping training programs to maintain service excellence, operational consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct initial interviews, onboarding discussions, and contract orientations for new cleaners and housekeeping personnel.
- Supervise and ensure proper housekeeping, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across office premises and client locations.
Client Relations and Service Excellence
- Handle and resolve client concerns, escalations, and service-related complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams regarding client engagement initiatives, promotional activities, and service improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and overall service satisfaction.
Operational and Administrative Support
- Operate and oversee the proper use of office equipment and administrative resources as necessary.
- Monitor office and operational supply requirements and coordinate replenishment requests with the head office to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements, process enhancements, and other assigned business initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative, operational, and supervisory responsibilities as assigned by management.
