Who we are looking for

Store Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a store manager or similar leadership role within the food retail and F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards and food safety regulations.

Cafe Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in F&B management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory and/or managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and familiarity with operational best practices.

Retail Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail, focusing on high end beauty and cosmetics, lifestyle, Food retail, and grocery industry with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Specific experience in grocery or supermarket retail environment is required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and familiarity with operational best practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

Store Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and proper organization of products.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by setting high standards, addressing customer concerns, and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity and morale.
  • Track and report on sales, budget performance, and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events, marketing strategies, and in-store displays to drive customer engagement and sales.

Cafe Manager

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Cafe/Restaurant.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Analyze sales data, optimize processes, and help achieve store targets of the Cafe.
  • Address customer concerns, foster relationships, and build loyalty.
  • Train and develop staff, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Retail Manager

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Food Retail side of the Business.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, store displays, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze sales data, optimize processes, and help achieve store targets of the Retail side.
  • Address customer concerns, foster relationships, and build loyalty.
  • Train and develop staff, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
