Branch Manager (Zamboanga, Cebu, Bantay, Buendia)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Zamboanga, Cebu, Bantay and Buendia. Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include developing branch strategies, handling customer issues, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: The Branch Manager is responsible for identifying potential new customers and developing strategies to attract them.

- Promoting bank products and services: The Branch Manager plays a key role in promoting the bank&aposs products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the full range of offerings available to them.

- Building relationships with local businesses and community leaders: The Branch Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with local businesses, promoting the bank&aposs role as a valuable partner in the community.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration or finance
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in banking, with at least 3 years in in supervisory or management role
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team. Experience in performance management, staff training and conflict resolution.
• Business Expertise: Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services. Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve branch performance.
• Sales and Customer Service: Proven Track Record of exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in acquiring new clients and account management.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
