Brief Description of the Role
Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations and sales performance of the branch, which includes a field sales team, satellite store, showroom, and warehouse/logistics. This role ensures smooth operational flow, strong team leadership, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets, while upholding company standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations and sales performance of the Lucena branch, including the field sales team, satellite store, showroom, and warehouse/logistics.
- Drive sales and revenue by planning and executing local strategies, monitoring performance, and adjusting actions accordingly.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team; set targets, assign territories, and develop action plans for achieving goals.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate documentation, proper storage, and trained personnel in inventory control.
- Oversee daily store, showroom, and warehouse activities, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with operational standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to provide great customer service
- Ability to lead sales team
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Capacity to work independently.
