Branch Manager NAIA Location
We are looking for a reliable, operations-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee daily activities at our NAIA branch. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, high-quality transport experience for passengers arriving on both domestic and international flights.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in transport, travel, or hospitality operations and excels in overseeing on-ground activities, resolving customer concerns, and auditing ride and fare-related data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations at the assigned airport location
- Oversee passenger flow and ensure efficient lounge and transport service operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure adherence to company policies, airport regulations, and service standards
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to maintain excellent customer service and operational performance
- Generate and submit operational reports for management review
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in branch operations, transport terminals, travel, or hospitality industries
- Familiarity with fare structures, pricing models, and service audit processes
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Willingness to work on-site at NAIA and commit to shifting schedules
