Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver Sales and Operational KPIs for the Davao branch
- Lead, manage, and develop branch personnel to achieve optimal performance and productivity
- Oversee and control branch financials (TOE, GAE, VOE) aligned with company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with port stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth execution of branch operations and service delivery
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities
Additional Responsibilities
- Promote a strong results-driven and customer-focused culture within the branch
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and initiative in achieving business goals
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or FMCG
- Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and drive performance
