Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch management (preferably in the same industry like commercial foodservice, hospitality & laundry equipment supply industry in the Philippines.
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong understanding of branch operations, sales targets, and customer service standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic business systems/software
