About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Naga City, Camarines Sur operations, ensuring efficient branch performance, service excellence, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees.
- Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
- Ensure strict security and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, and operational costs.
- Conduct audits and address operational and customer concerns.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in banking, financial services, or retail.
- Strong leadership, customer relationship, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations, security, and compliance.
- Experience in cash management or secure logistics is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
