What You'll Do
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient service, efficient clinic operations, and achievement of business goals. You will lead the branch team, maintain operational standards, and create a positive experience for every patient.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally
- Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow
- Drive branch sales through customer retention, referrals, and excellent service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Patient Care Management protocols
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the clinic
- Monitor clinic equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performing team
- Prepare branch reports, manage schedules, monitor attendance, and oversee office supply requirements
- Collaborate with the Managing Physician and Operations team to achieve branch objectives
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any four-year college course
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the service industry
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work onsite and provide support to other clinic branches when needed
