Job Description

The Branch Manager (BM) Capitol Hills Branch is responsible for the overall management of the branch sales performance, operations and compliance to internal control and regulatory standards, to achieve profit, business growth and service goals consistent with the Bank's objectives. The BM keeps abreast of business developments, competition and critical business issues to protect and grow market share. The BM also creates, builds and deepens the customers relationship and increases their trust with the Bank by providing excellent customer service, valuable insights and financial advice.

Responsibilities

  • Strategizes, plans and monitors the activities of the branch to ensure that sales objectives and profitability targets are met and consistent with the overall growth strategy of the Bank.
  • Manages and grows a portfolio of Preferred Banking clients through active engagement and by providing customer-centric advice.
  • Approves branch transactions within approval limit and endorses/ secures approval for transactions beyond his/her authority.
  • Maintains an acceptable level of branch operations, consistent with internal policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages the overall customer experience in the branch to ensure high level of satisfaction for all customer segments.
  • Leads and supervises branch staff; Ensures high level of employee engagement; Enables personal and professional growth opportunities for each branch personnel.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business or marketing-related courses.
  • Must have experience in branch banking operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bank's products and services including its digital platforms; Customized product bundling
  • Has knowledge in branch banking operations and Administrative procedures and systems
  • Excellent communication skills with good analytical & presentation skills.
  • Excellent Selling Skills.
