Branch Manager

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the overall management of the branch and for the efficiency, profitability and sustainability of its operation. He/She oversees the proper alignment of the branch with the thrusts and direction of the Company and the Autohub Group and its timely compliance with the manufacturer and statutory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides overall policy and strategic directions to the branch operations.
• Ensures that all business units in the branch are productive and meet their operational and financial targets.
• Undertake environment scanning on the company's competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to serve as inputs in direction-setting and decision-making.
• Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company's products and services and establish the Autohub Brand in the automotive industry.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Business Management or any related field
• With at least ten (10) years of relevant progressively responsible experience, 4 years of which are in a managerial capacity
• Sales and Aftersales work experience in an automotive industry an advantage
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
