  • Manage the branch operations ensuring the store and restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee cash transactions, cash reconciliations, account payments, account receivables, and other accounting duties according to company policies.
  • Welcome customers, provide assistance, and respond to their concerns.
  • Socialize with customers to develop and keep a cordial relationship that insures long term loyalty.
  • Answer guests phone and online inquiries.
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Address employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers always have the correct amount of cash and resolving price checks for customers.
  • Ensure daily collection deposits are done on time.
  • Identify and communicate any accounting related issues to management promptly.
  • Ensure that products are properly displayed, stocked, and labeled.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the visual strategy for displaying products.
  • Identify trends and monitor supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas.
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Perform suggestive selling.
  • Initiate changes to improve the business and profitability (e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market).
  • Interpret sales reports and provide guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
  • Communicate with customers and address any problem they may have.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service.
  • Keep customers happy by delivering excellent service.
  • Conduct daily briefing by coordinating the front of the house and back of the house and address internal issues.
  • Organize staff work schedule for approval of the Head of Internal Operations.
  • Responsible for ordering store and restaurant inventory and supplies while staying within the budget.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage the branch's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards.
  • In-charge in cleaning the entire branch.
  • Responsible for monitoring the temperature of the chillers, freezers, and the air-condition to maintain the wines in proper condition.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and report items for repair and maintenance.
  • Ensure all staff perform their functions effectively.
  • Ensures everyone in the team is in proper uniform and pleasing personality at all times while on duty.
  • Train staff to follow operations procedures.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Replenishing and monitoring the store petty cash fund.
  • Always be present at the most busy/important time of the business activities.
  • Report daily sales to management and to the Finance Dept.
  • Submit required daily reports to the Finance Dept.
  • Submit duly approved pull-out forms and transfer forms.
  • Attend management meetings regularly.
  • Send a monthly summary report of management meals.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of HRM or business-related courses.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy.
  • The ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people.
  • Self-motivation and ambition.
  • Commercial awareness.

  • Good organisational skills.
