About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Head to lead our soon-to-open SM City Sorsogon Branch. In this pivotal role, you will drive the branch's launch and growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Launch & Drive Business Growth

  • Lead the branch opening, ensuring a smooth and compliant setup.
  • Develop and execute marketing and business strategies aligned with branch targets.
  • Establish and grow client relationships through proactive networking and account development.
  • Promote banking products, investment solutions, and cash management services to new and existing clients.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless, efficient service delivery.
  • Implement strong internal controls and risk management protocols.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
  • Safeguard branch assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and customer-focused workplace culture.
  • Support employee growth through training, mentoring, and development programs.

Compliance & Governance

  • Implement company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain operational integrity and minimize risks or irregularities.
  • Ensure a secure, organized, and well-maintained branch environment.

  • 35 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or banking services.
  • Strong expertise in business development, marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, compliance standards, and regulatory policies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
