What You'll Be Doing- Lead your branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
- Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch-level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (BSP and other governing agencies).
- Ensure efficient branch operations — from risk management and internal controls to day-to-day upkeep and service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve their full potential and align with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications We ValueProfessional Experience:- 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
