Job Description
Chinabank PH in Pangasinan is seeking a Branch Head to lead our Villasis branch with a strategic mindset and hands-on management. You will drive growth, ensure service excellence, and uphold regulatory standards.
The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in branch operations, sales and marketing of banking products, along with strong knowledge of BSP rules and proficiency in MS Office. You will guide a dedicated team and represent the branch in community engagements.
