We are looking for a dynamic Branch Head staff to oversee the day-to-day operations and business performance of our Davao Branch. The role is responsible for driving portfolio growth, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the branch team toward the achievement of business objectives.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a solid background in loan sales, business development, and branch operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the overall branch operations to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
- Expand the branch's loan portfolio through client acquisition and business development initiatives
- Implement sales and marketing activities to support revenue and growth targets
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and community stakeholders
- Monitor branch productivity, service quality, and financial performance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
- Review branch reports, budgets, and performance indicators, and recommend improvements when necessary
- Lead, mentor, and support branch personnel to achieve individual and team goals
- Provide regular updates and business reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- At least four (4) years of experience in banking, financing, or a related financial services environment
- Strong background in branch operations, lending, account generation, and portfolio management
- Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets
- Established network of clients, referral sources, or business contacts is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City
- Available to start as soon as possible
