About You & The Role
As Branch Head, you'll provide both strategic direction and hands-on management to ensure your branch meets and exceeds its business goals. You'll lead a committed team toward service excellence, operational integrity, and sustainable growth, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead your branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
- Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch-level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (BSP and other governing agencies).
- Ensure efficient branch operations from risk management and internal controls to day-to-day upkeep and service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve their full potential and align with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications We Value
Professional Experience:
- 35 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
