Branch Head

The Branch Head for our Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit is responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. He/ She develops long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers feedback as well as obtains data/information with regard to market environment, client needs and competition.

Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and offers appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversees the overall servicing of the branch- including administrative, control and compliance bank products, services, policies, procedures and controls of Branch Officers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs Degree Graduate with at least 5-10 years managerial experience in Branch Banking Marketing/Operations
